Responsibilities:
Provide legal guidance on employment-related matters, including workplace policies, compliance, discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour laws, and more.
Represent clients in employment litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
Work closely with other attorneys and clients to provide comprehensive legal solutions.
Contribute to the growth and strategic planning of the Department of Employment Law.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and licensed to practice law in CA
Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment law.
Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and lead initiatives in a new department.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
