The largest family law firm in the South Bay is looking to expand and add new family law associates. The only requirement is that the candidates have a California Bar License and a desire to work in family law. Work and live at the beach!
About You:
You are a friendly, responsive, self-starter who owns your cases. You are a strong writer. A skilled communicator, you get along with many types of personalities. You know how to juggle multiple priorities. And importantly, you are detail-oriented.
You are seeking a collaborative, positive and upbeat office setting at least a few days a week, to build relationships with your colleagues, and receive mentorship.
You desire interesting work and real lawyering experience in family law, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support. You want responsibility and to manage your own case load, including discovery, motion writing, client contact, the opportunity to argue your own motions, negotiate settlements, and 2nd chair trial.
You also want to be focused at work so you can enjoy your weekends work-free.
Salary:
Commensurate with experience, but 1-3 year associates would receive $100-150k/year plus discretionary bonus.
