Downtown Los Angeles immigration law firm is seeking a full-time or part-time law clerk. Ideal position for a 3L or someone awaiting Bar results. Willing to work around class schedule. Must have experience in drafting motions and legal briefs, and an interest in U.S. immigration law.
Responsibilities in this fast-paced professional environment include preparation of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services applications, court motions, legal briefs, interaction with clients both in-person and over the telephone, drafting of letters, and associated tasks.
Willing to train energetic candidates all areas of U.S. immigration law, including but not limited to removal proceedings, family-based, employment-based, and appellate law.
