We are a busy Los Angeles based personal injury and employment law firm seeking a Part-Time Intake and Demand Specialist to join our team.
About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in case development. The role involves:
Making outbound and receiving inbound calls from prospective clients
Conducting thorough intakes for personal injury and employment law matters
Following up with leads and maintaining consistent communication
Converting qualified leads into signed clients
Drafting detailed, persuasive demand letters in personal injury and employment cases
Schedule:
Part-time, 1–2 days per week
