A Major Studio stole my book by stripping the spiritual and religious controversies. In doing so, the Studio turned my 5-Star novel (for 17 years on amazon-com) into the worst movie of 2021. I have filed the Complaint and 26 Exhibits in federal court. I also had the clerk issue the summons; but I have not served the Studio/Defendant yet, because I rather have representation.

In the exhibits includes: a) 4 copyright submissions with USPTO, b) Cease and Desist Letter to the Studio, c) a list of 98 similarities with text cross-referenced to movie scenes, d) Expert Witness Statement signed by a doctor, e) a list of 52 religious controversies.
The religious controversies are poison to Hollywood; thus, the reason why: a) scenes, b) dialogs, c) characters’ names, d) characters’ interdynamics, e) plot sequence, and f) even book art-cover were copied; but the religious parts shunned.

A suit like this could cost about $100,000.00 per year, another reason why the studio stole my book, it is very expensive to fight them. I am looking for either a contingency arrangement or a set price to include a percentage of the proceeds.

I hope that you will see that all the heavy lifting has been already done. If you call or respond; please make sure that you are entertaining 33% contingency or a set price tied to 17% percentage of the judgment; otherwise I cannot afford you.
