Pasadena law firm is looking for a full-time associate attorney. Law and motion experience is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in all aspects of litigation, drafting complaints, answers, motions for summary judgment, propounding and responding to discovery, and trial preparation. If you don’t have the necessary experience, we will train you!
Chora Young & Manasserian pursues high-stakes enforcement litigation throughout the state, federal, civil, bankruptcy, probate, and appellate courts in California and other states as needed.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
· Manage an active caseload
· Exceptional legal research and writing skills
· Properly propound and respond to written discovery requests
· Conduct and defend depositions
· Draft pleadings (complaints, demurrers, discovery motions, MSJs, etc.)
· Subpoena third parties, propound proper document requests to witnesses
· Draft motions as needed to advance litigation
· Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Must have a sense of humor!
