Candidate must be driven and an independent thinker who welcomes tackling challenging issues and finding legal solutions. Qualified applicants must have experience in business and general litigation, including preparing for and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. The salary will be determined based on level of experience. Benefits offered are, parking; participation in the firm’s Profit-Sharing Account; marketing allowance; payment of CA Bar dues; end of the year bonus based on performance.
