Civil litigation firm specializing in Automotive Warranty defense litigation, business litigation, and personal injury is offering a Litigation/Legal assistant position (Remote/Work From Home). The right person will be a fast learner, a self-starter, and have excellent organization and communications skills. Our firm prides itself on a collaborative team environment where we care about the work that we do and always deliver for our clients. Our clients include major automotive manufacturers.
Any of the following are a plus (but are not requirements) for a candidate:
Experience of at minimum 2 years is required working as a legal secretary/legal assistant
Able to file using One Legal, comfortable using the Federal CM/ ECF system
Writing skills, attention to detail, ability to Format Documents correctly
Civil Litigation Experience
Knowledge of Microsoft (outlook, word, excel, etc.) is absolutely required. Good written and communication skills are also required (we have very high-end clients).
Job Duties include:
- Calendaring
- Preparing shells for Motions, Discovery, Pleadings, Etc.
- Scheduling Motions
- Filing in State Court and Federal
- Scheduling Depositions with our clients
- Setting up Court Calls
- Help attorney’s and other Staff as needed
This position will be a home/remote work position.

Base pay depends on experience, but generally will start at $55k and up to $70k a year DOE and qualifications.
