We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in medical-legal operations, case management, and provider relations to lead and expand our services.
Responsibilities:
Medical Provider Network Expansion:
Establish and manage a network of specialists, imaging centers, surgery facilities, and therapy providers who accept liens.
Build and maintain strong relationships with medical providers, ensuring seamless referrals and scheduling.
Law Firm Support & Case Coordination:
Work directly with law firms and case managers to match clients with the right specialists.
Ensure fast and efficient appointment scheduling and medical record retrieval.
Oversee document management and compliance to keep cases moving forward.
Operational Leadership:
Develop and implement best practices to streamline medical-legal coordination.
Optimize internal systems for scheduling, tracking cases, and document retrieval.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Team Building & Management:
Hire, train, and lead a team of medical-legal coordinators to support law firms.
Work with FCA leadership to drive growth and expand services nationwide.
Ideal Candidate:
✅ Experience:
case management, or provider relations.
Proven track record in building and managing medical provider networks.
Extensive knowledge of lien-based treatment, medical records management, and personal injury workflows.
✅ Skills & Expertise:
Strong industry connections with medical providers and law firms.
Deep understanding of scheduling, case tracking, and medical documentation.
Ability to lead a team and scale operations efficiently.
Familiarity with legal funding, medical liens, and compliance regulations.
✅ Preferred Backgrounds:
Case managers, provider relations directors, or operations managers from personal injury law firms or medical lien companies.
Medical coordinators or network development specialists with personal injury experience.
Legal funding professionals with direct experience in managing medical referrals.
