Position # 1 Office Assistant
Qualifications:
-Must have at least 6 months of office experience and have computer knowledge, emails, PDF files, Microsoft Word, scanning, Google calendaring, faxing, etc.
-Must be bilingual: speak English and Spanish
-Must have a good attitude and be a competent individual with good communication skills, time management abilities, and be a team player.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. We will train the right individual.
Position # 2 Receptionist
We are seeking a skilled and experienced receptionist to answer phones, greet clients, and perform other office essential duties. A professional demeanor and an outgoing personality are essential, as are computer skills. Must be able to thrive in a busy atmosphere.
-The receptionist must be bilingual: speak English and Spanish
