Encino based Employment Law Defense Firm is seeking a Paralegal to be responsible for supporting litigation matters. If you possess strong knowledge of State and Federal Court rules coupled with ability to organize, prioritize, and meet demands of multiple projects and would like to work with a fun and fast paced team in Employment Law, we have a fantastic opportunity for you! Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
$32.00-$35.00/hour + Benefits
Responsibilities:
Conduct exposure analysis by utilizing advanced excel formulas.
Support litigation cases with a strong focus on class action and PAGA claims.
Manage attorney schedules including reminders for upcoming deadlines and court appearances
Help prepare attorneys for court, mediations and meetings
Follow up on tentative court ruling prior to hearing dates
Qualifications:
Experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary
Background in Employment Litigation
Strong proficiency in Excel with the ability to build formulas
