About Us:

At Golden Legacy Estate Planning, Inc. we are a fast-growing Legal Document Preparation Office with a niche in the real estate market. Here we assist individuals with legal form preparation in Estate Planning, Probate, Conservatorships, Guardianships, and Trust Administration. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, dedicated Legal Document Assistant to join our team. This position has an option as Legal Document Assistant and Office Manager.

Responsibilities:

Assist the Lead Document Preparer in case preparation and management.

Draft various legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.

Maintain and organize files and documentation.

Establish effective communication with clients, appearance attorneys, and courts.

Offer comprehensive administrative support as required.

Qualifications:

Paralegal Certificate or Legal Document Assistant Registration and background as a legal assistant/ paralegal

A strong desire to pursue a career in law.

Exceptional research and writing skills.

Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.

Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Prior experience in a legal environment is a plus.
