Candidate job duties:
The ideal candidate must know how to handle A-Z of personal injury claims from reporting the claim to preparing for demand and all the way to settlement. (Including initial client contact and updating case status, taking phone intakes, requesting police reports, liability, medical records requests, scheduling medical appointments, resolving property damage claims, loss of use, reporting claims to Medi-Cal and Medicare for liens).
