A busy personal injury law firm in West Los Angeles seeks an experienced Pre-Litigation Case Manager. We are a friendly, collaborative team focused on delivering excellent service to our clients. This is an immediate opening for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Handle personal injury cases from the initial client interview through the demand stage with minimal supervision
Manage initial client calls and oversee the case from start to finish, including settling Property Damage claims and ensuring the progress of the claimant’s treatment
Prepare case files for demand
Ensure excellent client communication and follow-through on case tasks
Qualifications:
Proven experience managing personal injury cases independently, with strong skills in the pre-litigation stages
A positive, personable attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and handle a fast-paced environment
Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Filevine and Word, required
Must be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask
