We are a Van Nuys Personal Injury Law Firm.
We handle mostly auto accident and slip/trip and fall accidents.
We are looking for an experienced intake specialist / case manager.
Duties include:
Processing Intakes:
-Handle incoming leads / track / follow up
-Send/receive retainers
-Open BI/PD Claims/Send Rep ltrs
-Request police reports
-Assist with PD claim
Etc
When not processing leads, you would be handling your own case load.
Case Manager:
-Manage treatment
-Follow up on liability issues
-Assist with Demands
Etc
In-person role at our office from approx. 830a-530p daily.
Spanish speaking a plus but not required
Prefer 3-5 years experience in PI firm with similar role
