INTERESTING WORK
The work is interesting. We handle a diverse range of case types, and each client's story is different. You will get to speak with potential clients, ask probing questions, and get the essential facts for us to see if we can assist them. This is important work.
REWARDING WORK
We help everyday men and women who have been injured in auto accidents, injured by hazardous exposure to chemicals or injured by defective products. We change our clients' lives by representing them, and not charging a fee upfront for our services. We take on insurance companies and large corporations to get our clients compensated for their injuries. It's truly rewarding work.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting Team with answering multi-line phone system. Gathering basic information from callers to determine if we can assist them.
Following up with prospective clients to answer their questions, and get signed documents returned.
Typing/document revisions

Required Skills/Experience
Type 40+ wpm
Minimum 6 months prior experience in personal injury law firm
Proficient use of Google Sheets, MS Word, Excel
Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but NOT required.
