Personal Injury Associate Attorney
Litigation Personal Injury Law Firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Associate Attorney.
As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will handle a diverse caseload of personal injury matters from initial consultation through litigation.
Responsibilities:
Represent clients in personal injury cases, including negotiating settlements and litigating in court
Conduct legal research, handle discovery and analyze medical records
Conduct thorough case investigations, and develop legal strategies
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions
Prepare and participate trials
Handle court appearances, depositions and mediations, and settlement conferences
Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school required
Licensed to practice law in CA
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury law
Experience taking depositions
Strong negotiation and litigation skills
Strong writing and oral communication skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Salary commensurate with experience
