Personal Injury Negotiator (Senior Positions Available!)
This position is a perfect fit for a Pre-Litigation Attorney negotiator or skilled former insurance negotiator who has a track record of assisting with Negotiations on bodily injury claims in a reputable personal injury law firm.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of handling volume and quality successfully. Personal Injury cases only.
- If cases cannot be resolved in pre-litigation, there is a large and successful litigation team ready to litigate them, and the negotiator will work hand in hand with them.
- Bi-lingual is a plus but not mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of negotiation experience in personal injury law.
- Must also be highly organized and skilled at multitasking, as our fast-paced work environment demands quick responses to client needs.
- While being bilingual in Spanish is a plus, it is not a requirement for this position.
