We are a small but growing firm based in Encino with a position available for a Civil Litigation Attorney. We are looking for an attorney who can manage, supervise and run our personal injury/civil litigation practice. Your responsibility would be to handle the files from beginning to end (with support staff provided). You must have experience handling civil litigation files and be able to do so with little or no supervision. You will also be assisting with depositions for our workers' compensation department. We are looking for someone motivated and hungry who can help develop our personal injury and civil litigation practice.
Trial experience a plus but not required. Experience in personal injury or employment law required.
Compensation would include a base salary plus a bonus based on the revenues generated. The ability to bring in cases would be a big plus. Perfect situation for someone who wants the upside of having their own practice without the stress or overhead.
