Plaintiffs'-side law firm (wrongful termination, wage and hour, and sexual harassment) seeking attorney to work full-time. THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION.
Duties and responsibilities include drafting pleadings, motions and oppositions; propounding and responding to written discovery; legal research; client intake; attending court hearings; depositions; assistance with trial preparation. STRONG writing skills are a MUST.
We are looking for an attorney with wage-and-hour class action experience, who excels at writing and wants to invest in a meaningful job protecting workers’ rights.

Requirements:
Passionate about protecting workers’ rights
Looking to invest in a potentially long-term employment relationship
EXCELLENT writing skills (succinct and persuasive writing)
1+ year of wage-and-hour class action litigation experience at another firm
Familiarity with employment litigation process and laws (Fair Employment Housing Act, California Labor Code, Private Attorney General Act, etc.)
2+ years litigation experience at a law firm as a licensed attorney
Able to meet deadlines
Spanish-speaking skills are a plus, but not required
