Busy law firm with offices in Los Angeles and Valencia is seeking a skilled Probate Paralegal to join our team and assist with SoCal probate matters.
As a Probate Paralegal, you will be responsible for providing support to our attorneys in handling probate cases.
Your main tasks will include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing and filing court forms, managing case files, and communicating with clients.
The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of probate procedures in Southern California.
Skills required:
- Proficiency in Judicial Council Forms for decedent estates
- Probate court procedures
- Document drafting and preparation
- Case management and organization
- Client communication and relationship management
- Paralegal certificate preferred; not required
Bi-lingual a plus; remote and in office needed. Pay varies depending on experience.
