Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
Assist with office management tasks.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience with front desk duties, including greeting visitors and providing excellent customer service.
