Applicant work comp firm looking for a full time attorney to handle our applicant depositions. This is a remote position. You can work from home. Our entire staff works remotely. You will be handling approximately ten depositions per week.
We want someone we can work with long-term that we can nurture, develop, and grow with, and who wants to work with us.

Remote position:
This position is completely remote.
Experience:
- Must have at least 6 months of work comp experience in defending client depositions
- Must be Licensed attorney.
Preferences:
- Prior remote work experience preferred.
Qualities:
- Must enjoy working with and care about injured workers
- Must be dependable and relatable
- Must be good with clients
- Must be a self starter and take initiative
Job Duties
- Cover Depositions
- Negotiate and settle cases in and out of depositions when beneficial to do so
