POSITION OVERVIEW:
As our Lemon Law Paralegal, you will utilize your civil litigation expertise to assist in drafting motions, preparing meet and confer letters, and managing outgoing discovery. You will collaborate closely with our team, applying your strong Word skills and keen attention to detail to ensure our clients receive top-notch representation.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in Lemon Law or a related field.
Research & Writing: Excellent research and writing capabilities, with a solid background in civil litigation.
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication skills and the ability to interact effortlessly with clients and legal team
members.
Problem-Solving: A strong aptitude for problem-solving and the capacity to handle a significant level of responsibility.
