We are a Social Media Company that is looking for Legal / Paralegal help across three areas: Fighting Social Media companies for unfair deletion of accounts (despite adhering to terms and conditions), Filing for a Conservatorship, and general legal advice/help.
In a nutshell, the owner of our company had her personal Social Media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) deleted despite adhering to terms and conditions. She took Facebook to arbitration but due to our lawyer not being well versed in Section 230 and free speech laws our case in arbitration was dismissed. We are currently working on filing a Motion to Vacate the Award.
2nd area we need help with is filing for a Conservatorship. The Sole Proprietor owner suffered a MAJOR stroke. He and his wife have run the company for over 30 years and we need help filling out the dozen forms giving her the Conservatorship. We've done about 90% of the work and need help and guidance on finishing.
3rd area we need help in is general advice and guidance for things like evicting squatters or fighting an overly regulatory city, or suing someone for defamation and libel.
So we are looking for a Jack or Jill of all trades (law).
We are also looking for someone with fairly flexible hours since the wife spends her days at the hospital with the owner, it would be nice to work with someone who is flexible in taking calls in the late afternoon or early evening. We also need someone who is a good communicator, adheres to a schedule and deadlines, and is fairly easy to reach via phone or email and responds within a reasonable amount of time (not days later).
