SEEKING LEGAL CASE MANAGER/PARALEGAL
Sole practitioner attorney in the downtown Los Angeles area seeks an energetic and enthusiastic experienced personal injury case manager/paralegal with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience. Must be BILINGUAL (English/Spanish), must be able read and write Spanish as a significant portion the firm’s clientele is Spanish speaking, must be proficient in Abacus and computer savvy. Applicants must be experienced in all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury cases from the inception to settlement. Duties include, opening and setting-up new client files; opening and reporting claims to insurance carriers; placing lien holders on notice; drafting representation letters; requesting medical/police reports; communicating with insurance adjustors, medical providers, and other relevant parties/witnesses. We are located in the historic downtown USC building (formerly known as the Transamerica building) on Olive Street & 12th Street, which is three blocks east from LA Live.
