Our firm is seeking a client-focused individuals to join out established and growing team as a PI Case Manager. As a preeminent personal injury law firm in DTLA, we provide a fast-paced, high-volume workplace where you will quickly integrate into our stellar team and case work.
It is extremely important that you have the requisite experience and are able to hit the ground running.
Your prior experience and skills should include the following:
- 3 years minimum experience in PI. (Preferred)
- You must be able to speak Spanish fluently. (Required)
- Case Management, Insurance claims, Property Damage, Medical Requests, Demand Preparation, Experience with Medicare and Medi-Cal.
- Self-Starter with the ability to effectively manage multiple matters at once in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS office
- Ability to use copier, scanner, fax and computer
- Multitasking and detail-oriented
- Be able to work as a team and individually
- Excellent communication skills
- POSITIVE attitude & great time management skills
- Must have great communication skills, great multi-tasker, self starter and the ability to get things done.
- An individual who can problem solve and figure things out on their own.
Job Type: Full-Time (Mon-Thurs 9am-5:30pm / Fri 9am-5pm)
