Fast growing firm seeks experienced litigation attorney for its consumer protection class action practice. Strong work-life balance with work focused on intellectually stimulating and rewarding litigation.
Job Duties:
· Involved from case inception through conclusion. Pre-litigation demands, motion practice, discovery and depositions, mediations and court appearances.
· Prepare complex pleadings
· Prepare correspondence to clients, experts, and opposing attorneys
· Draft complex motions and briefs
Qualifications:
· 2+ years litigation experience, including Federal court experience. Class action experience required
· In depth knowledge and understanding of Federal procedure and filings, and motion practice. Ability to both take and defend depositions
· Strong legal writing and research skills
· Attention to detail is paramount
Compensation: Depends upon experience, plus very generous bonus structure. Likely to exceed 200-300k within a year or two.
