We are a fast-growing Workers’ Compensation Applicant firm seeking a full-time Attorney to join our team. This is an entry-level position, ideal for motivated newly barred attorneys looking to build a career in advocacy and litigation.
No prior experience required — just a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to fight for injured workers.
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed California Attorney in good standing (new admittees encouraged to apply)
Strong desire to learn Workers’ Compensation law
Willingness to travel to court hearings and depositions
Reliable transportation
Computer proficient (case management software experience is a plus)
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required

$6,000/month guaranteed base salary
Up to $2,000/month performance bonus — with no cap on additional bonuses
