A rapidly growing Workers' Compensation Applicant firm is seeking to employ an intelligent, articulate, courteous, organized, and computer-literate person as a part-time or full-time associate attorney / hearing representative. The successful applicant will become involved with all aspects of working in a small but growing law firm. There are several positions we are looking to fill immediately.
Workers Compensation Attorney
Workers Compensation Hearing Rep (Non Attorney but experienced in Comp)
Employment Attorney (FEHA, Wage and Hour, Labor)

Excellent writing ability, demonstrated investigative skills, and experience in handling all case aspects from client intake, medical records review, demand letter, discovery, and negotiations on personal injury claims. For associate attorney positions: The position will require the attorney to appear in Court, prepare and argue motions and opposition to motions, draft discovery requests and responses, meet and confer letters, take and defend depositions, trial preparation and trial, and other related litigation tasks.
Associate/Hearing Rep. Proven leaders will be promoted to management roles in charge of their own team and can EARN SIX FIGURES within the first year. We offer continued support through the entire process. You must have excellent communication, research and analytical skills, ability to work well with clients, attorneys and staff, and must have your own vehicle for travel to the various Boards.
Associate Requirements:
Ability to obtain statements and write clear concise hearing reports
Candidates must be responsible, efficient, reliable, punctual, and well spoken
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be able to effectively resolve problems
Possess and maintain a valid California Drivers License, Dependable vehicle with auto insurance coverage
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Experience in Workers' Compensation, Employment, or Personal Injury a plus.
