Looking for reliable staff member who has a high level of integrity who is straight forward in conversation. Shows up to events EARLY to network, reliable, self starter. CCHN is strict about following stark regulations as they apply to home care. Prefer RN/LVN license with some health care knowledge or individual who is familiar with home healh care.

Hours are 8+/day 5-7 days/week (must be available evenings and week-ends)- hours fluctuate depending on events.

Follow monthly marketing schedule .

Experienced in providing the highest quality of customer service, be a team player with a positive, upbeat personality, and have a professional demeanor strong customer service and inside/outside sales experience. In addition, be well organized, have the ability to build long term relationships with clients/applicants and sell our services via phone/in person presentations.

Trustworthy individual who gets to events on time and is able to use free time on schedule to make appts/cold calls. Self starter.

Prefer

? Knowledge of Home Health Care a plus.

? Heavy telephone contact with hospital discharge planners.

? Strong attention to detail, good memory-think quickly-multi task.

? Great follow through skills- accuracy and prioritize.

? Computerized data base to track all referrals.

? Must have excellent attendance record at previous company.

? Clear communicator to referral sources to promote services.

Position is mainly to market the entire city of Los Angeles for 2 businesses licensed private duty home care agency and non medical private duty health care organization providing in home nursing care for infants, pediatrics, worker's compensation, long term care, private insurance and private pay cases. Home care private duty RNs, LVNs, CNA/CHHAs, housekeeping, nannies, babysitting services from 4 - 24 hour/day. Prefer marketing representative with medical knowledge. Fast paced Agency need high level of enthusiasm with individuals who are motivated to produce business.

Job Tasks:

Telemarketing

Attend breakfast, lunch and dinner networking events and be early/on time

(90% of referrals depend on being there early)

In person presentations

Cold calling MD offices, Hospital Discharge planning,Retirement/Assisted Living Facilities

Job Fairs and Exhibit booths set up EARLY and attend functions - remain at booth & work room when 2nd person provided.

Occasionally overnight travel and out of town travel

Must be willing to travel wherever needed both early AM and evening events in addition to week-ends.

Starting Salary is hourly $25-35/hour depending on experience

Office is in North Hollywood, CA Meeting with Administrator weekly to go over schedule/results from meetings
