Responsibilities

Canvass designated neighborhoods to promote home improvement services

Professionally present company offerings and secure qualified leads

Maintain a professional and positive image of the company at all times

Accurately track and report daily canvassing activities

Consistently meet or exceed performance goals Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years canvassing experience (home improvement experience strongly preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote our programs and initiatives.

Engage with community members to gather feedback and answer questions.

Utilize effective communication and negotiation skills to persuade potential supporters.

Assist in telemarketing campaigns to reach a broader audience.

Collaborate with team members to strategize marketing approaches.

Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes from canvassing efforts.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns and inquiries promptly.

Participate in fundraising activities to support organizational goals.

Supervise junior canvassers as needed, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications

Previous experience in canvassing, sales, or marketing is preferred.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to negotiate effectively and handle objections professionally.

Experience in supervising teams is a plus.

Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective outreach.

Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is beneficial.
