Job Title: Community Brand Creator (West Hollywood)

Self Contrast is seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Community Brand Creator!

About Self Contrast:

Self Contrast represents the multifaceted nature of women, celebrating the diverse aspects, contradictions, and nuances that make us unique. We are building a vibrant community online and in-person of professional women who are leading forces in their lives.

About the Role:

In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the Self Contrast brand to life through compelling content creation and community engagement. You will be based out of our stylish store in West Hollywood, leveraging the space and our product line to create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.

10% commission off all sponsorships secured for in-store events.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Develop high-quality and visually appealing content showcasing Self Contrast products in a creative and relatable way for TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest.

Utilize trending formats, sounds, and hashtags to maximize reach and audience engagement.

Collaborate with the team on content concepts and storylines.

Manage content calendar and ensure consistent posting across platforms.

Community Building:

Plan and execute engaging community events at the West Hollywood store, fostering a space for connection and collaboration among professional women.

Develop and manage engaging social media strategies to nurture the online community.

Actively interact with followers, responding to comments and messages in a timely and positive manner.

Foster a positive and inclusive online environment that reflects the Self Contrast brand values.

Identify and collaborate with potential sponsors for community events, earning 10% commission for secured sponsorships.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service to in-store shoppers, ensuring a positive brand experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media marketing or content creation.

Strong understanding of current social media trends and platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest).

Experience with content planning, scheduling, and analytics a plus.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Passion for fashion and empowering professional women.

Creativity, resourcefulness, and a "go-getter" attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
