Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Estimator/Marketing Manager to join our
team, focusing on small to medium residential renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have
a strong background in the construction industry, with a knack for precise project estimation
and dynamic marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
Estimation: Accurately estimate time, labor, and materials costs for residential painting and
renovation projects. We will train you.
Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and maintain
relationships with existing ones. This includes both digital and traditional marketing efforts.
Project Coordination: Work closely with the project management team to ensure accurate and
competitive estimates.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on project estimates and marketing outcomes using basic
computer skills in Word and Excel.
Client Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact for clients during the estimation process,
providing excellent customer service and fostering positive relationships.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong
preference for individuals with experience in painting and renovation projects.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent
communication abilities, and a proven track record in marketing within the construction sector.
Licenses: Valid driver's license
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: Starting at $60,000 annually, with opportunities for commission based on project
acquisition and performance and yearly bonus.
