Key Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and mentor appointment setters to achieve team goals and performance metrics.
Coordinate and dispatch appointments to field representatives or sales staff based on availability and territory.
Monitor call center activity, ensuring all calls are handled professionally and appointments are booked accurately.
Analyze daily reports and metrics to optimize scheduling and improve appointment conversion rates.
Handle escalations and resolve issues related to appointment setting or dispatch processes.
Work closely with management to develop strategies for continuous improvement.
Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of appointments and employee performance.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a call center environment, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency with scheduling and CRM software.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
