We’re a busy and growing Home Improvement Company based in Torrance, looking to hire a full-time marketer/appointment setter to help generate leads and schedule appointments for roofing, windows, and exterior paint projects.

Job Duties:
Generate new customer leads
Call and confirm appointments for estimates
Work closely with sales reps to ensure quality leads
Represent our services with confidence and professionalism
Pay & Benefits:
$18–$25/hr based on experience
Commission + Weekly & Monthly Bonuses
Training provided – we’ll help you succeed!

Schedule:
Full-Time: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM
40 hours/week
In-person work at our Torrance, CA 90503 location
Requirements:
Must be self-motivated and reliable
Great communication and people skills
Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to Torrance
