Our platform connects workers with trusted lawyers who can help with wrongful termination, wage theft/unpaid overtime, harassment or discrimination, retaliation, and workplace injury cases. We’re looking for scrappy, hustling Field Marketing Interns/Contractors in Los Angeles to help us get our first users. This is NOT a desk job — you’ll be on the ground engaging workers face-to-face.
First Hurdle (Paid Trial)
Before anything else, we start with a homework assignment:

Stipend: $500 paid upon successful completion of 5 qualified leads.
Timeline: 7 days to complete.
This assignment is the first hurdle. It shows us you can hustle, connect with people, and get results in the wild.
If You Pass the Hurdle
Ongoing role as Community Outreach / Field Marketing Associate
Pay: $25/hour + performance-based bonuses for hitting signup targets
Potential to convert into a full-time role helping lead grassroots campaigns across California
Examples of Outreach You Might Do
Talk to workers waiting at EDD/unemployment offices and sign them up on the spot.
Hand out bilingual flyers outside fast food restaurants, retail stores, or warehouses during shift changes.
Visit laundromats, swap meets, or bus stops in working-class neighborhoods.
Partner with worker centers, churches, or immigrant associations.
Use flyers, stickers, or sidewalk chalk near high-turnover workplaces.
Requirements
Hustle & grit — comfortable talking to strangers.
Reliable transportation around Los Angeles.
Strong communication skills; Spanish-speaking a plus.
Grassroots/field marketing experience helpful but not required.
