Key Responsibilities:The Candidate would be a lead Cashier and Front Person for our Operation. They would also be able to get into our Website to update events and respond to adds. Handle complaints and retention. Create content for social media and markedting. And assist in light business admin. Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival. Take accurate orders, including special requests and dietary needs. Upsell menu items and promotions to maximize sales. Answer customer questions about the menu and ingredients. Transaction Processing: Accurately operate the point-of-sale system to process orders and payments. Handle cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment efficiently. Issue receipts and provide change accurately. Operational Duties: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area Prepare basic food items like drinks or side orders as needed Monitor order times and communicate with the kitchen staff Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations Customer Service Focus: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally Resolve complaints effectively and strive for customer satisfaction Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills for accurate cash handling Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail to ensure accurate orders and transactions Ability to operate a point-of-sale system Desired Experience: Prior experience as a cashier in a restaurant setting Knowledge of pizza toppings and menu options Familiarity with food safety practices Note: Specific responsibilities may vary depending on the size and operations of the pizzeria.
