We are seeking a Marketer and Outreach Coordinator to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Marketer and Outreach Coordinator is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our home health services. This role involves cultivating and maintaining relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, assisted living facilities, and community organizations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for helping others, and experience in healthcare marketing or sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (physicians, hospitals, senior centers, case managers, etc.)
Conduct outreach visits and presentations to educate the community and professionals about our services
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase brand awareness and patient census
Track and analyze referral data, market trends, and outreach efforts to optimize results
Attend networking events, health fairs, and community meetings to promote the agency (if needed)
Coordinate and distribute marketing materials
Collaborate with the clinical and administrative team to ensure continuity and satisfaction in client care
