Your Impact:

In this role, you will manage a range of marketing tasks including digital campaigns, event planning, public relations, and brand management. Your creative thinking, strategic planning, and ability to execute will directly contribute to our firm's visibility and reputation.

Overview:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will execute comprehensive marketing strategies to generate leads, attract clients, and drive business growth. This position requires a deep understanding of digital marketing trends, a get it done attitude, and the ability to drive results through innovative and targeted marketing initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Coordinator is to execute and maintain marketing channels that drive new leads to the firm’s Sales funnel.

1. Marketing Strategy and Planning:

Implement an overarching marketing strategy aligned with the firm's goals and objectives.

Identify target markets, conduct market research, and analyze competitors to inform marketing strategies and positioning.

Follow a comprehensive marketing plan that integrates digital marketing tactics, traditional marketing channels, and business development initiatives.

2. Digital Marketing:

Execute digital marketing campaigns, including Google AdWords, Google LSA, Google GMB, content marketing, social media, email marketing, and online advertising.

Stay updated on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply them to enhance the firm's digital presence.

3. Website and Online Presence:

Drive the optimization and enhancement of the firm's website to ensure it reflects current services, showcases expertise, and provides an exceptional user experience.

Monitor, suggest, and create website changes. Post blog entries using Wordpress.

Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective SEO strategies and ensure the website ranks well in search engine results.

Monitor website performance using analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase traffic and conversions.

4. Brand Management and Thought Leadership:

Maintain the firm's brand identity and ensure consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing channels.

Collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders to create compelling content that positions the firm as a thought leader in the legal industry.

Oversee the production of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, newsletters, and whitepapers.

5. Social Media and Content Strategy:

Execute a comprehensive social media strategy to build a strong online presence and engage with the target audience.

Post engaging content, including articles, blog posts, videos, and infographics, to drive brand awareness and client engagement.

Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and leverage opportunities for brand promotion and community building.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, including lead generation and ROI.

Provide regular reports and actionable insights to the firm's leadership, making data-driven recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns.

Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to measure campaign effectiveness and improve lead nurturing and conversion.

Track all lead-to-prospect-to-client conversion metrics.

Track all marketing and advertising inventory.

7. Back End Marketing

Execute the firm’s back-end marketing system to ensure top of mind awareness.

Identify community engagement events for the firm to participate in.

Oversee the organization's CRM systems, advertising, and promotion activities.

Call current and former clients (on behalf of the firm) to check-in and see if there is anything the firm can do to assist them, or whether they have friends or family that would be open to firm help (also called GAS calls or Smile & Dial calls).

Contact potential referral sources to arrange meetings with the attorneys.

Maintain the top of mind awareness system to deepen relationships and increase value of current referral sources.

8. Team Collaboration and External Partnerships:

Collaborate with attorneys, partners, and other internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support their individual practice areas.

Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality marketing services within budget.

Qualifications, Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Minimum 3 years proven experience implementing front end and back-end marketing strategies that drove successful lead generation.

Spanish Speaking preferred.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices, including Google PPC/LSA/GMB, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CallRail, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), social media management tools, and marketing automation software.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content and effectively communicate with diverse audiences.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.

Knowledge of legal industry trends and regulations is a plus.

Professional certifications in digital marketing or related areas are desirable.
