Summary:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for helping the organization connect with multiple referral sources obtain better
brand recognition and financial growth. Their duties include coordinating with company
executives, sales and marketing professionals, reviewing current market trends and proposing
new business ideas to improve revenue.
Minimum Qualifications
2 Years of experience working in the Substance Abuse Treatment field.
Understanding of Clinical and Medical aspects of treatment
High School or higher diploma
Valid Driver’s License
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing with a focus on individuals and providers who seek services provided by
Company
Consulting with Company, at such times as are mutually convenient to the parties,
regarding the formulation of a marketing plan and budget;
Implementing a marketing plan;
Meeting regularly with Company to evaluate the implementation of the marketing plan;
Conducting educational meetings, health fairs, corporate expos, and other events for
health care professionals, employers, and other persons regarding the benefits of the
services of Company, and supply representatives for such events;
Introducing other health care professionals to Company and to the services provided by
Company
Providing marketing services, including point of sale services for clients and prospective
clients
Organizing, managing, logging marketing records, phone leads, etc.
Corresponding with clients through text, phone, mail, and e-mail
Following up with event leads to coordinate appointments
Using the internet for marketing activities, research, and correspondence
Following Company policies on customer service, confidentiality practices, and office
record keeping practices
Speaking to prospective clients or event participants at Company marketing events and/or
activities
Keeping record of correspondence from Company’s marketing events and/or activities.
Answering of Admission’s calls from prospective clients.
