Marketing & Business Development Representative
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional events or after-hours networking)
Position Summary
The Marketing & Business Development Representative plays a key role in expanding our company’s network of property managers, insurance adjusters, plumbers, and other referral partners.
This position focuses on relationship-building, community outreach, event planning, and digital marketing to generate consistent B2B referrals for emergency restoration services.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Develop and maintain relationships with property management companies, HOAs, insurance agents, adjusters, and contractors.
Schedule and host Breakfast & Learn events, trade shows, and industry networking meetings.
Follow up with new contacts and maintain an organized CRM or contact list.
Present and promote the company’s services professionally and confidently.
Identify new partnership opportunities across Los Angeles, Ventura County, and surrounding areas.
Marketing & Outreach
Create and distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, email campaigns).
Manage social media pages (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to build brand awareness.
Assist with online reputation management (Google Reviews, Yelp, etc.).
Coordinate photo/video shoots for completed projects and events.
Track and report marketing activity, lead conversions, and ROI.
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the operations and office teams to ensure smooth communication with new leads.
Update management with weekly progress reports on leads, meetings, and marketing activities.
Assist with content creation for newsletters, website updates, and promotional campaigns.
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in marketing, restoration, property management, or construction preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in social media, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
Self-motivated and confident in networking and public speaking settings.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
