Job Description: We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our production team. This role is vital in maintaining and growing our online presence across key platforms: Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing and managing high-quality, engaging content that aligns with current trends and our company’s vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and post 3 pieces of content per day across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Curate content that is engaging, relevant, and on-trend.
Ensure all content adheres to platform guidelines, including copyright regulations and user strike policies.
Collaborate with the team to maintain a cohesive brand identity and messaging across all platforms.
Monitor social media trends, emerging tools, and content strategies to continuously improve our reach and engagement.
Compensation:
$100 per week, paid via direct deposit.
Pay will increase depending on audience growth and performance metrics.
Contract Requirements:
A contract will be required to ensure that both parties meet their obligations. This contract will detail responsibilities, performance expectations, and legal agreements around content creation and platform compliance.
