PART TIME DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

We are an online fine jewelry company looking for a social media specialist.

Must be local in Los Angeles. You do not have to work from our office, but there will be meetings once a week or twice a month in office or zoom meetings to discuss progress and action plans.

We are ok to work with freelancers and agencies as long as the cost is not outrageous.

It would be big plus if you can do our product photos too.

Responsibilities

-Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube).

-Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, and PPC advertising.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.

-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

-Collaborate with cross-functional freelancers, including graphic designers, content creators, and developers, to create engaging and effective marketing materials.

-Create and curate compelling content, including visuals, captions, and promotions, aligned with the brand's identity.

-Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

-Interact with the online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with followers.

-Influencer Discovery and Outreach: Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers and content creators. Collaborate with them to promote our brand and products, ensuring partnerships align with our values and objectives.

- Email Marketing: Create, send, and plan email marketing campaigns to engage subscribers, promote products or services, and drive conversions. Segment email lists for targeted outreach and craft compelling email content.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital advertising, specifically with social media advertising

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and website development tools

Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field is preferred.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Certification) are a plus.
