Personal Assistant with Social Media and Marketing Expertise

We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy Personal Assistant who is skilled in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, has excellent communication skills, and can efficiently manage tasks while staying on top of social media trends. You will assist with both personal and professional social media presence, crafting engaging posts and managing various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Develop, schedule, and post content across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Respond to comments and messages in a timely, engaging manner, using a witty and personable tone.

- Track social media metrics and generate reports to analyze content performance and adjust strategies.

Content Creation & Editing:

- Write and edit compelling social media copy, ensuring it reflects the brand’s voice.

- Create and edit visuals, videos, and graphics using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

- Ensure all content is proofread for grammar, punctuation, and brand consistency.

Marketing & Strategy:

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (email, social media ads, etc.).

- Research and implement new trends in social media and marketing to stay competitive.

- Administrative Support

- Manage schedules, emails, and basic administrative tasks.

- Organize documents, spreadsheets, and performance data for easy access and tracking.

- Assist in other personal and business-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

- Strong writing skills with an ability to create witty and engaging posts.

- Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

- Basic to intermediate experience with design and video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro, etc.).

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and other office tools.

Preferred Skills

- Experience managing paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).

- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).

- Basic website management (WordPress, Squarespace) and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
