Job Description:
An established commercial refrigerator manufacturer is seeking a motivated Product Trainer to join our team. In this role, you will deliver comprehensive product and sales training on our Everest refrigerator and freezer line to dealers and customers, while also providing essential support in account management. Extensive training and resources will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site product and sales training at customer locations across various states.
- Deliver virtual training sessions via platforms like Zoom or Google Meet.
- Manage customer accounts and contracts, ensuring strong customer relationships.
- Handle sales order entry and quotes during office-based hours when not traveling.
Qualifications:
- Ability to travel out of state (50-65% annually). Vehicle and expenses covered.
- Proven experience as a product trainer, demonstrator, or in a similar role.
- Outstanding public speaking skills with the ability to engage and inform audiences effectively.
- Strong retention of product knowledge and the ability to relay it to others confidently.
