We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager with a track record of success to join our team. We are NOT looking for agencies. We have our first product developed, with many more to come. We are direct-response oriented.
Your role would be to help us:
-fully define our offer and affiliate marketing strategy
-create, grow, and manage our campaigns
-strategize a commission structure with proper tiers and bonuses, for attracting the best affiliates, while still earning us a profit.
-funnel building and optimization
-Media buying in selected channels to drive traffic to our funnels.
-Expanding our advertising networks

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must have affiliate marketing background (7+years)
-Must have direct-response marketing knowledge
-Must have deep knowledge of Affiliate networks and native advertising programs
-Must have media buying experience
-Must have email marketing experience
This would start as a 3-month contract ($1000/month for three months), with potential of becoming a full-time manager for us, depending on the results we get.
