We’re looking for someone who knows how to work with the algorithms — not against them — to help our content reach more people organically.
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator to support the growth of our online presence promoting our new brand of wellness products which include natural and organic body care, hair care, skin care and aromatherapy– as well as the launch of our new balsamic vinegars and olive oils. This role involves helping to plan, create, and post engaging content across multiple platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice. The ideal candidate is:
- detail-oriented, passionate about digital storytelling, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Has a clean, modern aesthetic and attention to detail
- Comfortable directing content (as well as appearing in it)

You’ll help us:
Strategize and post content that the algorithms love
Track what’s working and pivot fast
Keep us ahead of the next platform updates
You should know how to:
Optimize posting times, captions, and formats
Analyze engagement trends
Adjust strategy based on algorithm shifts
Experience growing brand or influencer accounts a plus.
Send us examples of accounts you’ve grown or campaigns you’ve optimized — we want to see your strategy in action!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, write, and publish engaging posts for social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
Maintain a cohesive and authentic brand voice across all channels.
Monitor and engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and community interactions.
Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns to boost engagement, awareness, and conversions.
Track and report performance metrics to help optimize future content and strategy.
Stay current with social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce high-quality visual and video content.
Research and suggest opportunities for collaborations with influencers, partners, and brand ambassadors.
QUALIFICATIONS
1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content (internship or freelance experience welcome).
Experience, degree or coursework in marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn).
Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, GA4, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools for content creation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creative instincts and attention to detail.
Interest in AI tools and new technologies for social media is a plus.
WORK ARRANGEMENT/HOURLY:
Enjoy the best of both worlds! Most of your work can be done remotely on a flexible schedule, with some presence in our local office for team connection and collaboration. Part Time Hours/$18 per hour+ with performance bonuses
Starting Date: December 1, 2026 or January 1, 2027
Travel: Not required.
