Social Media Manager

Our friendly and fast-growing team is looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to grow and manage our social media and forum presence.

If you are fluent in Russian and English, understand how to drive engagement and promotion through social channels, and are confident working with metrics and platform features, we’d love to meet you!

RUSSIAN SPEAKING IS A MUST. Advanced English is a must.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage all company social media channels, keeping them active and aligned with the brand.

- Publish posts on social media according to the approved content calendar.

- Design and create layouts, graphics, and visuals in the company’s style when needed.

- Monitor and engage with comments, direct messages, and mentions across all social media platforms and forums.

- Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, etc.) and recommend optimizations to content and strategy.

- Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns to promote the company’s products, services, or events.

- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the social media strategy aligns with the overall marketing goals.

- Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithms, and platform updates to keep the company relevant and effective.

- Research and suggest new channels, formats, or tactics to improve audience reach and engagement.

- Prepare regular reports on social media performance and key learnings.

- Contribute ideas to improve content, campaigns, and community engagement.

Requirements:

- Fluency in Russian and Advanced English.

- Proven experience managing corporate social media accounts and communities (Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, etc.).

- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behaviors.

- Proficiency in tracking and interpreting social media analytics (built-in platform tools, Google Analytics, or third-party services).

- Ability to create engaging visual content (basic design skills and familiarity with graphic editing tools are a plus).

- Excellent written communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects at once.

- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Software Knowledge:

- Google Docs, Google Analytics, CRM systems, Photoshop, Admin panels, Sheets.

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift

- Monday to Friday

Education:

- Bachelor’s (Marketing, analytics, or admin-related as preferred)

Experience:

- 1-5 years in related spheres.
