Overview

Key Responsibilities

Lead and Manage Call Center Operations: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the telemarketing team, ensuring calls are dispatched effectively and in a timely manner.

Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, including call volume, response times, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.

Team Development: Train, mentor, and motivate telemarketing representatives, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement telemarketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive operations and achievement of company goals.

Qualifications
